- Customer is required to check the item within 48 hours. Claim made after 48 hours will not be valid.
- Stain will be removed at the customer's risk and complete removal may not be guaranteed.
- Curtains or cushion cover may shrink, decolorize or be distorted during the process of cleaning. Old, dry, thin or organza types of curtains may torn during the process of cleaning.
- The Company cannot assume responsibilities for colour loss and shrinkage due to fabric imitation that is beyond care methods.
- Although great care is practiced, the Company cannot be held responsible for any damages due to wear and tear, or quality, workmanship and methods of manufacture of article's (including new article's).
- All ornaments and buttons like plastic, glass, metal types, etc, must be removed by customers before cleaning. The Company will not be responsible for damage or lost od such accessories during the process of cleaning.
- Liability for lost or damage is limited to the fair value of the article not exceeding 10 times the regular service charge for each article and capped at S$100 at the time it was received.
- Article's not collected after 30 days from the date of receipt will be disposed off whether by way of sales or in whatever manner the Company shall deem fit without any liability of the customer.
- Customer is reminded that it is an offense under the Quarantine and Prevention of Disease Ordinance to send bedding, clothing or other articles which have been in contact with infectious diseases to a public wash house.
